Once payment has been made and you have left the salon, it signifies your acceptance of the services provided and agreement to our policies. If you have any concerns during your appointment, we encourage you to bring them to your technician’s attention immediately. Should the technician be unable to address your concerns, please notify management promptly. We are dedicated to addressing any issues on-site to ensure you leave fully satisfied.

We kindly ask that any dissatisfaction or concerns be communicated before exiting the salon. Our team will make every effort to resolve the matter promptly.

We provide a 48-hour guarantee for enhancements and gel polish manicures. Should you notice any issues or require adjustments, please contact us within this timeframe. Repair appointments must be scheduled within five days of your original service date.

Repairs requested after the 48-hour guarantee period or resulting from accidental damage may incur additional charges. Traditional polish services are not covered by this guarantee.
